The Flagship Board
The original, everything you think of when you hear the word charcuterie. This board will stick to the classics- meat, cheese, nuts, jams etc and always include our favorite local cheese, Beecher's Flagship.

The Pike Place Board
All of the eclectic ingredients you've come to know and love when you visit any Seattle market, showcased on one board. This board will include a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips, crackers and breads.

The Ballard Board
A charming wink to the Norwegian fishermen roots of this iconic neighborhood, this board will feature all the seafood greats. Think smoked salmon, tinned or pickled fish and salmon dip. This board lets you brag about being a "local".

The Greenlake Board
