Placing Orders 

PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY

 

General Information: All of our boards are prepared on a compostable Palm Leaf board and, depending on the size, the dips will be in a compostable or recyclable container. 


Placing your order: Orders need to be placed 48 hours prior to the fulfillment date. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.  If you would like to place an order after the 48 hour window, please email us directly at dipsandboards@gmail.com.  We will get back to you to let you know if a rush order can be fulfilled.  All rush orders are subject to an additional fee. 


Payment: Once your order has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email. Full payment is required to secure your order.

Pick-up/Delivery Details 

Boards can be picked up at our pop-up location Sully's Queen Anne (1625 Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109) at a prearranged time.

 

Dips and Boards is a one woman show! Delivery capability is limited and based on location and timing. An additional delivery fee of 10% will be added.

Please let us know if you would like to have your board delivered and we will include pricing and availability with your invoice. 

Choose a time

Dips & Boards strongly recommends consuming your order within 24 hours of delivery for maximum freshness. Be sure to keep your order refrigerated until ready to serve. Take your board out of refrigeration ~15 minutes before you plan on consuming, as cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature. Perishable food items should be discarded after 2-3 hours at room temperature. Dips & Boards is not responsible for customers who decide to consume menu items outside of the recommended time frame.
